Finished the Civil War just now. Fighting through the streets of Windhelm was tougher than I remembered from my previous Imperial Legion-siding character. Pretty fun, though at one point all the cannon fodder was dead and it was just Xurek and Tullius fighting side by side. No idea where Rikke (or Xurek’s husband Auveren, who had been doing his part for a while) were at that point.

Now I just need a courier to deliver a suspicious letter and I can go get the last Stone of Barenziah…

Xurek is near the end of the Thieves’ Guild quests. So I was sneaking through Irkgthand (or however it’s spelled) and Karliah says, “oh, a dwemer centurion, those are really hard” just as I snuck up and killed it in two hits.

I love sneak attacking :-). Haven’t had to tangle with any of the falmer shadow masters for very long in there either!

Off to the airport soon….five days without Skyrim! At least I’m well queued up on here 🙂
