I used the console to make Wulf Wild-Blood a follower today. He has location-based dialogue and yells stuff when he’s fighting. Stats were pretty terrible, though, so I had to console those in too. But the dialogue makes me think that maybe he was supposed to offer companion services after you find his brother…?
