I remember going to Walmart as soon as I woke up on 11/11/11 and frantically scanning the shelves, only to turn around and discover a tired and nonplussed employee just bringing the cart over with the new games. After I came home from work I installed it immediately (I think I started off Vanilla despite knowing I was going to mod the absolute hell out of the game) and got right into it. Steam says I’ve put 1616.9 hours in, but I was playing offline for at least a year at the beginning, so I’d estimate I’m actually over 2000 hours now.

I may be extremely hooked on building vacation homes in Animal Crossing this week, but I’m definitely spending a few hours today traversing the snowiest province hunting dragons, chasing butterflies, and dodging that pesky arrow to the knee. And I’ll be posting gifs throughout the day to celebrate 🙂

Happy 10th Anniversary, Skyrim!!

It’s coming up on Skyrim’s 10th anniversary, so…

It’s coming up on Skyrim’s 10th anniversary, so today I figured I’d see if I could load up my very first character’s last save again and run around a bit in preparation. It actually went pretty smoothly, once I found a save that wouldn’t just crash when I manually saved it again! Aaaand once I remembered that ALL OF HER STUFF was in Breezehome, but specifically Breezehome Upgraded, so I had to put that mod back into her load order…

Anyway, here’s Mazurga gra-Uzgul brought into 2021, with new hair and armor (last pic)!! Her husband Erik also got new hair courtesy of some mod; I don’t remember which but I also don’t really mind it, so I’m not going to tinker with that more.
