So I’d been experiencing an odd bug where I would go and turn in a couple of Notice Board quests to Hemming Black-Briar in Mistveil Keep, only to immediately CTD the moment I walked out the door back to Riften. It hadn’t been a problem before, so I did some of the usual checks, rebuilt my bashed patch, etc., but still no dice.

What actually DID work was popping into the console while in Mistveil Keep, selecting Hemming, and then when I went back OUT to Riften, using movetoplayer to grab him outside to turn in the quests ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And then I left Riften with no issues, including coming back through Honeyside XD
