There are SO many to choose from, but probably the one that stands out the most was the first time Mazurga got chomped by a dragon in Skyrim. I did NOT expect it at all, and it made me crack up for like five minutes afterward. It has very rarely happened to my characters ever since, but I do occasionally see a hapless guard get nommed on.
